1.1Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Stay Find Solutions LLP ("My Stay Find", "we", "us") governing your access to the My Stay Find website, application and related services (the "Platform"). By registering an account, listing a property, submitting a booking request, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
1.2Role of the Platform
My Stay Find is a technology intermediary. We publish listings submitted by property owners, help guests discover them, and relay booking requests between the two parties. • We are not a landlord, lessor, sub-lessor, hotelier, broker, or agent of any owner or guest. • We do not own, operate, manage, inspect or control any property listed on the Platform. • Any tenancy, licence or stay arrangement is concluded directly between the guest and the owner. We are not a party to it and assume none of its obligations. • Availability, pricing, house rules and property condition are determined and warranted solely by the property owner.
1.3Eligibility
The Platform is for individuals aged 18 or older who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. It is not intended for minors to independently enter into tenancy or booking arrangements. Any arrangement involving a minor must be initiated and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for it.
1.4Accounts and credential security
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration details and keep them updated. Accounts are verified by one-time passwords sent to your registered mobile number and email address. • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. • One-time passwords and verification codes must never be shared with anyone, including persons claiming to be My Stay Find support staff. We will never ask for your password or OTP. • Report suspected unauthorised access immediately to support@mystayfind.com. • Creating multiple accounts to evade verification, suspension or booking limits is prohibited.
1.5Owner verification and approval
Accounts that list properties are reviewed by our administrators before listings become publicly visible. • Registration requires identity and business details with a valid identity document. • An account under review carries a PENDING status and confers no right to list, publish or transact. • We may approve, reject or revoke verification at our discretion, and may record remarks explaining the outcome. Rejection does not entitle you to compensation. • Verification is an identity and documentation check only. It is not an endorsement, inspection or certification of a property's condition, safety or legality, nor of the owner's conduct.
1.6Prohibited conduct
You must not: • Publish false, misleading, duplicated or fictitious listings, or advertise accommodation you have no lawful right to let. • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your role, or use another user's credentials. • Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes a third party's rights. • Discriminate against any guest or owner on the basis of religion, caste, region, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status or food preference. • Harvest, scrape or bulk-extract listings, contact details or user data by automated means. • Circumvent verification, approval or booking-record mechanisms, including by moving a confirmed booking off-Platform to defeat its record. • Introduce malware, probe or stress-test our infrastructure, or interfere with Platform security or availability. • Use the Platform for any purpose other than the genuine discovery, listing or booking of accommodation.
1.7Reviews, ratings and user content
You may submit ratings, reviews, feedback, photographs and property details. By submitting them you confirm they are truthful, based on your own first-hand experience, and that you hold all rights needed to share them. • You grant My Stay Find a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. • We may moderate, decline to publish, edit for length, or remove content we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law. • Reviews must not be traded, incentivised, fabricated or submitted to manipulate a property's standing. Owners must not coerce or condition a stay on a favourable review.
1.8Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics and the My Stay Find name and logo, is owned by Stay Find Solutions LLP or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, frame or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written consent. User content remains the property of the user who submitted it, subject to the licence above.
1.9Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform, withdraw verification, and remove or unpublish listings — without prior notice where circumstances require — if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, submitted false information, engaged in fraud or unsafe conduct, or exposed other users or the Platform to legal or security risk. In practice we may give effect to this by withdrawing owner verification, unpublishing listings, and declining to process further booking requests. • Where we act on an owner account, verification may be revoked and remarks recorded on the profile explaining the outcome. • Where a booking is live at the time we act, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected counterparty, but settlement of that arrangement remains between the guest and the owner. • Closure of your own account, at your request, is governed by section 1.10.
